The front rail with or without a gate is NOT included in the standard railing packages.
Once I place an order for a dock, how long will it take to be delivered and installed?
Our lead time on docks is typically 5-7 weeks depending on the season. Call us to find out more information! The docks are built completely at our shop and then loaded onto a trailer and delivered and installed at your lake.
How long is the walkway that is included?
The 8x12 and larger docks come standard with a 32’ walkway (1-20’ section and 1-12’ section).
Can I have a longer or shorter walkway?
Yes, the walkways come in 10’, 12’, 20’ and 24’ sections. The grade of your bank will help us determine what the best length of walkway would be for your lake or pond. Every situation is different, so it’s best if you can send us a photo of where you’d like the dock installed. Walkways over 32’ make it necessary to add outriggers and pole guides.
How is the dock anchored?
All of the steel docks are anchored with an 8’ wide base that is concreted 3’ into the ground with four piers. There are no cables or pipes needed on standard setups.
Does the decking come in different colors?
All docks come standard with Cedar colored TimberTech decking. Other color options may be available for an additional charge. Lead time may vary for special orders.
Can I get an awning on a dock that’s not a Deluxe Model?
Yes, we have full size awnings available for the 10x12 and 12x16 docks.
